Ballerinas for Hire

Classically trained dancers for the quiet, elegant moments — an interlude between courses, a tableau by the entrance, a pas de deux at a first dance.

Ballet does something at an event that no other act does: it lowers the volume of a room without losing it. Booked between courses or during a seated dinner, two ballerinas can hold a hundred people completely silent for four minutes, which is a rarer effect than spectacle.

All of our ballerinas are classically trained and currently dancing. Pointe work requires a suitable floor — sprung or at minimum flat and clean; marble, grass and pool decking are not workable on pointe, and we will propose a soft-shoe variation rather than risk an injury.

Common bookings: living tableaux at the entrance, an interlude between courses, a pas de deux choreographed to a couple's song, or a corps piece for a larger gala moment.

Frequently asked

Can they dance on any surface?
Not on pointe. That needs sprung or flat clean flooring. On marble, grass or decking we choreograph a soft-shoe variation instead.
Can they perform to our first-dance song?
Yes. Send it about three weeks out so the choreography can be built and rehearsed.
