Exotic & Specialty Acts
The category for everything that does not fit a category. If you can describe it, we can usually cast it, costume it and rehearse it.
This is where most of our interesting work starts. A client says something like "I want a champagne tower that a person is somehow part of," or "can the entrance feel like walking into a Klimt painting," and we build it. Living statues, human tables, contortionists, LED and mirror-suit performers, snake handlers, themed tableaux built to a period or an artwork — these are all things we have cast and staged.
A custom act needs lead time. Four weeks is workable if we are adapting something in our repertoire. Eight to twelve weeks is what a genuinely new build wants, because it usually involves fabrication, costume construction, and rehearsal with a performer who has to make an unfamiliar rig look effortless.
We will also tell you when an idea will not work. Some concepts read beautifully in a mood board and look thin in a real room, or run into rigging and fire-code limits that no amount of budget clears. Better to hear that in week one than at the walkthrough.
