Champagne Passing

Costumed attendants with ornate trays, timed to the arrival window, so a glass finds every guest before they have taken their coat off.

This is the most efficient hospitality decision at a party, and it is barely about the champagne. A tray that reaches guests in the first ninety seconds solves the awkward arrival gap, moves people out of the doorway, and starts the room talking before anyone has found the bar.

Attendants are costumed to match the rest of the entrance — showgirl, angel, black-tie or themed. We staff to guest count so nobody waits, typically one attendant per forty to fifty arriving guests, concentrated in the first half hour and then tapering.

Champagne towers, coupe pyramids and pour moments can be built into the same booking. The tower is a photograph; the passing is what actually serves the room.
