Fire Dancers for Hire

Poi, staff and fans, choreographed to your music — and the permits, safety crew and fire-marshal paperwork handled before anyone asks.

Fire is the act guests film. It is also the act with the most ways to go wrong administratively, which is why half the conversation is logistics: open-flame permits, fire-marshal notification, extinguisher placement, a dedicated safety on standby, and clearance from anything that burns. We handle all of it and supply the certificates the venue will ask for.

Sets run five to eight minutes and want darkness to land. We cue it against the lighting so the room drops right before it starts. Performance formats include poi, staff, fans, palm torches, fire fans and LED alternatives that read almost identically on camera when a venue will not permit open flame.

Space requirements are firm rather than negotiable: a minimum twenty-foot clear radius, no overhead foliage or fabric, non-flammable ground cover, and a wind assessment for outdoor sets. If a venue cannot give us that, we will say so at the walkthrough and propose the LED version instead.

Frequently asked

How much space do fire dancers need?
A twenty-foot clear radius minimum, nothing flammable overhead, and non-flammable ground cover. Outdoors we also assess wind on the day.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Open-flame permits, fire-marshal notification and the insurance certificate the venue will request — all handled by us.
What if our venue does not allow open flame?
We bring the LED set. On camera it is very close, and it removes the permitting entirely.
