Most event planning goes wrong in the seams. The florist does not know when the stage load-in is, the band does not know the toast moved, and the client ends up standing in a hallway on their own event playing telephone between six vendors. We plan the way we produce: one timeline that every vendor works from, and a producer on site whose only job that night is making sure it holds.
A typical engagement starts eight to sixteen weeks out. We walk the venue, build the run-of-show minute by minute, and hand you a budget that separates what is fixed from what is still a choice. From there we source and manage the vendors — catering, bar, floral, staging, lighting, sound, transportation, security — or work alongside the ones you already love. On the day, our team is first in and last out.
We plan weddings, galas, milestone birthdays, brand launches, corporate dinners and private parties, mostly across Beverly Hills, Malibu, Bel Air, the Hollywood Hills and greater Los Angeles. Because we cast and choreograph our own performers, the entertainment is not a vendor we have to chase — it is in-house, rehearsed against your timeline, and cued by the same producer running the rest of the night.

- How far in advance should we book an event planner?
- Eight to sixteen weeks is comfortable for most private events; galas and weddings are better at four to six months, mainly because the venues and the good vendors book that far out. We do take shorter timelines — a two-week turnaround is possible if the venue is already secured.
- Do you only plan events that use your performers?
- No. Plenty of the events we plan have no performers at all. The entertainment is available because we own it, not because it is required.
- Can you work with vendors we already have?
- Yes, and we prefer to when you have people you trust. We fold them into the same run-of-show and manage them like our own. If a vendor is not working out, we will tell you early rather than at load-in.
- What areas do you serve?
- Los Angeles County is home — Beverly Hills, Malibu, Bel Air, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, the Hollywood Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Santa Monica and the Valley. We also produce in Las Vegas and Miami.
