Actors with real cameras and real flashes, shouting the right things, making every guest feel like the arrival of the night.
This is one of the highest-return bookings we do, because it converts a moment guests were going to have anyway — walking in — into the story they tell afterwards. Three to six performers work the carpet with flash rigs, calling out, jockeying for position, doing the whole thing properly rather than gesturing at it.
The cameras are functional. We shoot the arrivals for real and deliver an edited gallery afterwards, so you get usable images out of the bit as well as the reaction. Paired with a red carpet, a step-and-repeat and a champagne pass, it is the most complete entrance package we offer.
It works best when guests are not warned. It also needs a run of at least fifteen feet to build the effect — a paparazzi line in a doorway is just a crowd.
